Refund Policy

(1) Cancellation is possible on the day of payment

A full refund is available within 24 hours of the payment date.

Even if preparations for the first shipment have already begun, cancellation is exceptionally permitted during this period.

(2) No refunds after the first shipment

Since the accumulation of time, waiting, and uncertainty themselves constitute the content of this work, the appreciation of the work is considered to have already begun from the moment of subscription selection.

(3) Errors caused by the author's mistake

Exchange Policy

(1) Exchangeable items

(2) Non-exchangeable items

Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic expression, such as the composition, brightness, and texture of the content

Complaints about the time gap ('arrived too early/too late')
